Thank you for the opportunity to present our proposal for Level 1, 26-28 Hall Street, Hawthorn East. We understand this is the last available tenancy in the building, and we are committed to delivering a spec suite that will attract quality tenants and lease within the first year of completion.

Your priority of carrying natural light deep into the tenancy is central to our design strategy. We have developed a layout that maximises the penetration of light from the perimeter windows through to the rear of the space, using glass partitions, open sightlines, and a considered approach to the placement of enclosed rooms. The result is a workspace that feels bright, open, and inviting from the moment you step inside.
